When there's nothing specific on TV you're looking for, you end up flipping through cable and stumble on Inside the Actor's Studio on Bravo. Now, these are usually not too bad. Except for the times that you can tell they're obviously struggling to fill in someone on a very last moment's notice and you end up with things like 'And today we're talking to Lindsey Lohan on the craft on acting and her illustrious career'. *snickers*

Anyway! I stumble on it right now and there's the lovely Hugh Laurie. Now, I have become quite a fan of House. Sometimes you just want to see a doctor mock his patients and that makes the world seem that much brighter. And yet, for Hugh, as much as I know this intellectually, it still hurts my brain to hear him speak in his real voice. British!House boggles me. But then, InDrag!House boggles too, but that's a good boggle *lol* And his comments on House/Wilson gave me a good giggle.

And now I feel like watching some House. I may have to go find some House.

*goes to find some House*

EDIT: Watching Conan get 'looked over' by House on the intro to the Emmys satisfies that desire *lol* Poor scrawny, albino Conan. And Hurley with the 'uh... we weren't really invited' cracks me up.

Season two came out on DVD last Tuesday and I bought it on Friday. The plan was to watch a couple of episodes each night....

... so of course we marathoned the entire season over the weekend.

Love that show.

Oh of course! How can you NOT marathon when you have an entire season sitting in front of you?

And I keep telling myself I don't need more series on DVD - even if TV on DVD is the best invention since indoor plumbing - but I think I'm going to have to break down and buy some House.

This is the second repeat of it, so I'm SURE it'll come on again. I mean, I've never heard the word 'homoerotic' used more in an hour than here, so I bet they replay it bunches *lol*

And I'd never seen Blackadder until they showed a clip of it here and omg, that was a funny clip.

And actually, it'll be reshowing on Bravo Wed, Sep 6 @ 01:00 AM.

Oh the joys of TVGuide.com *grins*

shoot... i'll have to try and find it somewhere. damn my dorm and its lack of cable/basic reception!!!

"blackadder" is a hilarious show period. except for the very first series from the middle ages... that one wasn't nearly as awesome as the rest of them. and of course, hugh laurie acting like a crude, loud idiot makes the last two series that much better than the others ^_^
