I have *checks watch* 1 hour and 17 minutes to finish this ficlet so that it gets in on time. And since my last ficlet was what, 5 days late, I'm really really trying to get this one in on time. I can see the whole thing in my head! Why then can I not find the words to put down on the paper (well, Wrod doc but that's all semantics, ain't it?) so as to finish the story on time? WHY?

*theoretically kicks at laptop, but not really cause breaking my laptop would make me cry an awful lot*

Finally finished the stagesoflove challenge. You wouldn't think that something like that would be as brain taxing as it was. All of the pieces are posted at the challenge comm, but I like having a copy of my work here where I know where it is. Just because I'm anal like that, no worries. Much love for spazzula because she heard enough griping from me while I worked on this that I'm sure she'll have no problem returning the favor when she does the next round *hinthint* It's fun. Fun sidenote: The title is taken from The West Wing ep of the same name (3.13 'Night Five') because that was the ep on Bravo at the time I got talked into doing this. Funny where inspiration comes from, isn't it?
