I was just ranting to spazzula about the very same thing. Seriously, 2008? But then, SciFi has never been known for their brilliant scheduling practices. Airing SG1 and SGA months after Canada, hello? Not the smartest thing ever. It just means that I'm going to be watching this season on DVR over and over to hold me over.
That and I soooo need that copy of 'All Along the Watchtower' that was playing at the end.
